We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Pasadena, California. Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

• Input and update customer information, transactions, and other data into our database systems, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints with empathy and proficiency

• Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure the integrity of the information

• Generate and maintain reports as required, using the data to support business decisions

• Schedule appointments and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word, along with other CRM systems, to perform tasks efficiently and effectively

• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Strong data entry skills

• Ability to communicate effectively via email correspondence

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
