Robert Half is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s small but busy retail operation during peak season! Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

Operate the cash register efficiently.

Perform data entry and other computer-related tasks.

Assist customers with questions, including pool troubleshooting and water testing.

Stock shelves and manage inventory during slower periods.

Interact with truck drivers and manage delivery logistics.

Take accurate messages for staff personnel as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills, including data entry and basic troubleshooting.

Experience with customer service, ideally in a retail environment.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Willingness to take initiative and seek out tasks when the workload slows down.

Physical ability to move around the store, stock shelves, and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and light lifting.
