We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Sacramento, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves a hybrid working model, with a mix of remote and office-based work. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and problem-solving to support our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

• Utilize our CRM solution, Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and record details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.

• Collaborate effectively with the operations team to update the status of orders and retrieve tracking information.

• Process customer returns and replacements, and provide minor troubleshooting for devices.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate response.

• Assist customers in understanding various aspects of billing and other service-related queries.

• Work closely with a diverse customer base which includes end users purchasing equipment and clients from various industries.

• Learn and adapt to various systems used within the company, demonstrating a willingness and ability to understand new software and procedures.

• Conduct problem-solving activities independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

• Generate reports and handle data within Salesforce, ensuring accurate record keeping.

Requirements

• Possesses skills in Call Center Customer Service

• Experienced in handling Inbound Telephone Calls

• Proficient in Answering Inbound Calls

• Has capability to manage Inbound Outbound Calls

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT Consulting environment

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals alike

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Knowledge of IT and consulting industry is a plus

• Proficiency in using computer software and online tools related to customer service

• Strong customer focus and commitment to providing exceptional service

• Has a proactive attitude and takes initiative in tasks and responsibilities

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
