Description We are in the process of hiring a Customer Service Representative to be stationed in Shoreline, Washington, 98133, United States. Our business operates within the industry, and this role focuses on offering compassionate support to our clientele, guiding them through the process of arranging their memorial needs. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic assistance to families in preplanning burial arrangements, ensuring their specifications are met with respect and care.

• Creatively assist in the design of personalized memorial stones that echo the desires and legacies of the families.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with clients.

• Execute data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records.

• Schedule appointments for families to discuss their memorial needs.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks and correspondence.

• Process customer applications efficiently and accurately.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Engage in email correspondence with clients to discuss their needs and respond to inquiries.

• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained throughout all interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in call center customer service.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal time management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with customers.
