Customer Service Representative in Stratham, New Hampshire

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Stratham, New Hampshire. The role involves managing customer inquiries, updating customer records, and establishing protocols with new clinics. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity, ideal for those skilled in Customer Service, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls and handling customer service inquiries

• Updating and maintaining customer records meticulously

• Establishing and coordinating protocols with new clinics

• Resolving any service issues that customers may have

• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Using Microsoft Excel for data entry and other tasks

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in data entry

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner

• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
