Customer Service Representative in Troy, Ohio

Description

Troy area HVAC company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team immediately! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling service appointments, updating account information, completing data entry and supporting various clerical duties as needed. This is a contract opportunity with the potential of contract-to-hire based on performance and business needs. The hours are full time and will be anywhere from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Requirements

• 2+ years of a customer service experience

• Experience with MS Office Suite
