Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Pay: $19/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Location: In Office/Johnston, RI

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, faxes, and emails from customers and agents.

  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless support.

  • Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) by providing accurate, consistent information and leaving a lasting positive impression.

  • Maintain high-quality service, meeting monthly evaluation standards and data entry performance requirements.

  • Help improve our customer experience by identifying and recommending new ways to enhance our processes.

  • Perform additional tasks such as processing mortgage changes and updating customer demographics.

  • Provides excellent Customer Service to customers and agents (internal and external) by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls, faxes and email requests.

  • Interacts with all peers and customers in a professional manner

  • Works collaboratively in a team setting

  • Achieves acceptable Quality scores on all monthly evaluations

  • Strives to provide consistent and accurate information to all callers

  • Achieves First Call Resolution (FCR) on all interactions and leaves a lasting impression with policyholders and agents

  • Maintains acceptable attendance levels throughout the year.
