A company that specializes in stone countertops and wall coverings is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity that has opportunities for growth, paid on the job training, and a team-oriented environment.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be assisting incoming customers in the showroom and providing guidance with custom orders.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in the show room
  • Answering customer product questions
  • Inputting product orders
  • Phone and email communication with clients

You will be successful in this role if you enjoy working with customers, are able to handle a high volume of customers, and have experience doing order entry.

Schedule:
8am-5pm Monday through Friday (Must be available to work overtime 1-2 Saturday’s a month from 9am-1pm)

Pay:
 $23

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in retail customer service
  • High level of customer service and professionalism
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Able to use computers and MS office
