TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work for a client located in the Moorestown, NJ area. This position will offer an ONSITE schedule for both training and normal shift.
This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. The position is open due to
rapid growth with the client.
Job Description
-Working out of a national call center for customer care
-Answering 50 to 60 calls per day
-Inbound & outbound calls
-Answering calls from new & existing customers
-Placing orders, following up on open service requests, placing new service/installation requests
-Collecting payments for installations & services
-Completing online service requests
-Responding to voicemails
Qualifications
-Customer Service: Must have 1-3 years’ experience customer service experience. Can be either call center or an administrative
support role dealing with customer interactions.
-Data Entry: Ability to input customer orders/information into CRM software.
-Multitasking: navigating through a dual monitor
Work Environment/Shift/Additional information
Working onsite in Moorestown- roughly 12 people in department and 25-30 at facility.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Pay
18.00/hr. to start
