Do you have 1-2 years of recent phone customer service experience?! Are you looking for a new opportunity with a growing company that will allow you to build your skills and train in multiple areas? If yes, then I may have the perfect opportunity for you!
This company is a global manufacturer and distributor of high pressure laminates used in furniture, countertops, and many other applications. This position would be part of their small customer service team, working directly with their customers to help answer phone calls, enter electronic orders, and respond to customer inquiries.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their customer service skills and create memorable service for their customers.
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Answer phones and email correspondence
- Provide prompt and accurate responses
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Use provided software to track customer interactions
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $18 per hour
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience – on phones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft office – outlook and excel are a must!
- Extensive data entry experience required
- Self starter and desire to learn new tasks
