In this role, you’ll be the frontline ambassador of our company, assisting clients with their inquiries, orders, and technical questions related to fabricators and industrial parts. Your primary responsibilities will include:-Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers via phone and email to provide product information, process orders, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
-Technical Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of our products to offer knowledgeable assistance and guidance.
-Order Management: Efficiently managing orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
-Problem Solving: Collaborating with internal teams to address technical inquiries and provide solutions that meet customer requirements.
-Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
-Order Entry: Efficiently process and input customer orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.Qualifications
Requirements:-Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and a strong willingness to take initiative in identifying and implementing improvements.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Previous experience in customer service within the industrial sector, with experience in fabricators and industrial parts being a huge asset.Summary
