We’re seeking a caring and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with our valued patients—veterans who deserve the best care and support. This role is not in a traditional call center environment but rather a supportive setting where you can truly make a difference.
Customer Service Representative Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of outbound communications, providing exceptional support and assistance to patients.
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the patient’s journey, ensuring positive outcomes and addressing any concerns.
- Build strong, positive relationships with patients by going above and beyond in customer service.
- Accurately document all communications and interactions, ensuring proper record-keeping.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Experience in a technical customer-support role is strongly preferred.
- Strong active listening, verbal communication, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail with proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedules: Monday-Friday, weekends off! Must be available to train for 5 weeks on 8AM-5PM schedule.
- 6AM-3PM
- 7AM-4PM
- 8AM-5PM
Location: South Scottsdale, Near Fashion Square- 100% Onsite – Not Remote –
Pay: $19/hr
