You will assist in resolving customer concerns, providing appropriate education/instruction and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of customer service in only one of the Primary Functions (enrollment, claims or phones). Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain satisfaction in enrollment, claims, or phone support.

  • Participate in cross-training and improve processes within the Customer Service team.

  • Handle enrollment issues, communicate with Health Plan members, process membership data, and support claims resolution.

  • Review and reconcile enrollment.

Here’s what you’ll have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year-Customer Service
