If you have stellar customer service skills and are adept at data entry, this direct-hire opportunity could be the perfect role for you!

Customer Service/Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service via phone and email
  • Process incoming orders
  • Review inventory reports for accuracy
  • Create and maintain customer order files

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay:

  • $23-$29 per hour

Customer Service/Sales Assistant
 Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior CRM experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
