This is a temp to hire part time position.We are looking for a detail-oriented scheduler who will assist in managing and coordinating schedules for our company. In addition to scheduling this person will help print, label, and mail the QR code stickers for our online scheduling app.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesConfirm appointments for all customers who call or text.Manage large amounts of calls and text messages in a timely manner.Verifying all required information – Name, Address, Phone Number, Email AddressFollow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.Download schedules from an online bookings app.Email reviewers their appointment lists by 3 pm each day.Print, label, and mail the QR code stickers for our online scheduling app.Requirements and SkillsExperience in scheduling appointments and meetings.Previous experience in a customer support roleCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.Excellent communication and organization skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Having knowledge of scheduling systems and basic computer skills is important but may be learned on the job.Work ScheduleIn Office Monday – Friday 10am to 3pmStarting Rate $20.00 per hour
