Are you bilingual in Japanese and English, and have 2 years of recent experience in a customer service or order processing role?
A world leader in engineering services and is adding a Customer Service Specialist to their team!
in this role, you will handle key administrative functions related to order processing, invoicing, and customer support. As the main point of contact for customer and sales inquiries, you’ll ensure satisfaction by working closely with Sales, Shipping & Receiving, and Manufacturing departments to provide smooth, effective service.
Customer Service Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, new sales leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Support Sales staff with customer requests and assist with quotes and tracking information.
- Data entry for incoming work orders, sales orders, and customer purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records, update customer profiles, and monitor weekly customer reports.
- Assist with Non-Conformance Reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
Pay: $20-$25/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6AM-3PM
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or order processing role.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English, with effective verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge in Excel preferred
