This role is based in Bishop’s Stortford, located near Stansted Airport. If you have a passion for Salon Brands and enjoy resolving issues in a, professional way, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and colleague queries quickly.
• Provide proactive updates on issues like order delays or product availability.
• Process incoming orders and resolve any problems.
• Act as the main contact for Amazon/E-commerce accounts, ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.
• Suggest ways to improve customer experience and support sales.
• Work with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• GCSE level or equivalent.
• Customer service experience (beauty industry experience is a bonus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of commands and functions).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
