This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment for the Library following the transformation of our services and the launch of a new strategy. The role includes line management of Library Assistants, whilst supporting the operational delivery and development of excellent frontline customer services.Please see below the available shift patterns:Post 1 (0.5 FTE) Mon 08:00 to 14:45, Sat and Sun 08:00 to 14:30
Post 2 (0.5 FTE) Mon 13:15 to 20:00, Tues and Sun 13:30pm to 20:00.This also applies to those weeks which include bank holidays and statutory/customary days, where you will be rostered to work as required.We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.Previous applicants need not apply.About YouWe are looking for outstanding candidates to join our Customer Services team.
