What we are seeking…

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager (externally recognised as a Customer Success Manager) to join our team at Grantify. As the face of our client journey, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for our clients and the interface between them and their dedicated grant writers. You’ll support both clients and their writers through the application process, helping navigate the Grantify platform and third-party application portals as appropriate, ensuring all parties are supported every step of the way.

This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our clients and grant writing teams (internal and freelance), delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.

Your mission

As a Relationship Manager, your mission is to:

• Own the client journey by ensuring applications are completed, submitted, and presented effectively.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and confident.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing client support communications post-submission.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring feedback is shared effectively.
• Motivate clients to maintain momentum and meet deadlines and encouragingly hold clients and writers to account for deadline adherence.

You’ll also own the process of gathering client application results and feedback, ensuring our Platinum team is equipped with the insights they need to continue delivering outstanding results.

Who You Are

You are a motivated and client-focused individual who thrives on building relationships and solving problems. You’re:

• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent, able to identify underlying concerns and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Organised and resourceful, capable of managing multiple clients with varying application types and needs and sourcing the right information when needed.
• A quick learner, eager to absorb new subject matter and process knowledge and apply it effectively to support clients.
• Cool under pressure, handling challenging situations with confidence and composure.

Your Background

You’ll bring experience and skills that demonstrate your ability to:

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Preference for people who have worked in tech and/or with grant funding in their career.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a professional yet friendly tone.
• Manage time and priorities efficiently, balancing a mix of client needs.
• Solve problems independently, taking initiative and ownership of your responsibilities.
• Build trust and rapport with clients to maintain long-term relationships.
