We believe that anyone should be able to work anytime, anywhere.We are backed by world-class investors; Endeavor Catalyst, Khwarizmi Ventures, Oraseya Capital, Flyer One Ventures, Access Bridge Ventures, A15, Swiss Founders Fund and Plug & Play.As part of our growth, we are hiring a Customer Success manager to establish processes and strategies that will guarantee seamless customer/user experience.ResponsibilitiesYour role is to support our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our product, and your responsibilities are focused on building customer loyalty, long-term client relationships, and growing revenues. In this role you will;

  • Help onboard customers and become your customer’s mentors. Your main goal is to get them started as fast as possible and monitor their satisfaction as they grow.
  • Activate and renew our customer base, acting as the customer’s main advocate within RemotePass.
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders, serve as their partner in achieving their goals and desired outcomes.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, Product and Engineering, deliver the best customer experience to drive growth and retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in CSM.
  • Customer obsessed and have significant experience building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention goals in a high-growth setting.
  • Team player, and enjoy working on a diverse team.
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working in a remote setup.
  • Experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up.
  • Fintech or HRTech experience.
  • English and Arabic-speaker (a must!)
