Job Description:We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Customer Success Performance Project Manager Intern in our Paris office. We offer strategic solutions that impact performance and elevate the customer experience of some of the world’s most iconic premium and luxury brands.What you will be doing:You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will have the below resposibilites:Responsibilities
- CRM database maintenance : health check on new data entries, help in completing the current document database on a WW scale (for 9 markets), FAQ management.
- SharePoint document library management : health check, content coordination & creation (org chart, etc.).
- Support on Clients Management operational tasks
- Onboarding revamp: Content coordination with different departments
- KPI management: ideating on global CS dashboards on key metrics
Requirements:What you will bring along:This role requires interest in retail/luxury industry, and you should have the below:– Perfect English skills (both oral & written)– Organisational skills & Project Management– Attention to detail– Excellent Excel & Power Point skills– Autonomy in tasks management– Excellent interpersonal skills– Data visualization skills would be greatly appreciated
