As part of this expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic software specialists to join our highly motivated Customer Success team.What you’ll do

  • Work with the Computacenter sales teams to to drive deployment, adoption, and consumption of IBM Software across the partner end customers while fostering positive renewal sentiment and growth of IBM Software footprint.
  • Assist in progressing IBM software deployments and maintaining an overall view of customer deployment status on active IBM software entitlements reporting the progress to customer Computacenter and IBM stakeholders.
  • Facilitation of use case identification activities for entitled IBM software and Recommend implementation services from IBM, Computacenter or our other partners
  • Show insight to our customers and partners regarding software contracts and optimal usage of agreements
  • Develop strong knowledge of industry trends by developing proactive professional relationships with our software partners
  • Provide leadership and licensing knowledge to customers and maintain a strong presence in the software industry community

What you’ll be

  • Professional sales experience in Software or service-related industries, preferably with software licensing experience
  • Experienced in Customer success methodology
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with key customer stakeholders
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multi-tasking and time management
