You will also be monitoring our support and customer service inbox to ensure we reach top service levels. Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications and answer customer queries. Handling complaints and customer satisfaction through problem solving any issues our existing customers have.RequirementsSkills you should have:

• Excellent communication skills – with the ability to interact via phone and email in both English and German
• Customer focused mindset
• Sociable – with a desire to work in a company with great culture
• Not afraid of a challenge, rather you are looking for one!

Desirable skills:

• 6-12 months experience working within a Fintech organisation or a Financial Services Firm.
