Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support Specialist Job duties:

• Answering inbound phone calls
• Providing excellent customer service experience
• Data entry and filing
• Supporting sales and marketing departments

You’ll be successful in this position if you’re eager to learn, can effectively multi-task and pride yourself on being reliable.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Customer Support Specialist Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast pace office setting
• Excellent customer service experience
• Moderate computer skills including MS Excel
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Preferred candidate comes from a construction or building supply industry

Pay: $25.00 per hour
