The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in a call center environment with heavy customer communication through email, chat, some phone and other various channels. Expert in communication in writing via email and knowledge of CRM programs is a must.

You will be working with multiple systems such as Shopify, Zen Desk, Teams, Outlook and more. Having a passion for learning and contributing new processes, being a curious thinker and solution driven is needed!

This company is in South Chandler that offers a unique product that is brand new to the market. They are growing their business in personal care retailers, amazon and more! Being a part of the expanding Customer Service Specialist team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best and bring your talents into the mix!

This is a temp-to-hire position that will offer full-time hours plus overtime and allow you to develop and utilize your customer service skills. Avg work week’s will be 40-45 hours and more at times! The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in a call center role with heavy customer communication through phone calls, email and other various channels. Expert knowledge of CRM programs is a must. Must be comfortable with heavy data entry – attention to detail is key!

Customer Service Specialist Job Duties:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborating with other internal departments to resolve and enhance processes
  • Processing client orders and requests
  • Learning product knowledge, upselling products
  • Proficiency in technology including CRM, outlook, teams

Customer Support Specialist Requirements:

  •  2+ years’ experience working in customer service with heavy email communication
  • Expert in proper grammar, punctuation and written communication
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Attentiveness and patience
  • Time management skills

Schedule: Monday – Friday, work hours range between 8am – 6p with Overtime as needed will be required.

Pay: 21+ per hour DOE
