The Cyber Security Manager with responsibility for successful execution:

  • Manage and implement the central Cyber Security Management System in line with ISO 27001 standards within Offshore Execution Organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all cyber security-related inquiries within OF EXE.
  • Initiate and lead improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s cyber security practices.
  • Act as a Cyber Security Ambassador to drive and advocate for change across Offshore Execution Organization, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance.
  • Oversee, and ensure all teams in Offshore Execution are adhering to established cyber security requirements and best practices.
  • Organize and facilitate audits requested by customers, ensuring thorough preparation and adherence to standards.
  • Represent the company in front of customers, demonstrating our commitment to robust cyber security practices.
  • Ensure that customer requirements, particularly those related to ISO 27001 compliance, are met and maintained.
  • Establish and monitor a regular cadence for reporting on cyber security metrics and compliance status.

What You Need To Make a Difference

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Interest in cyber security with a willingness to learn and grow in this role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and advocate for security improvements.
  • Experience in cyber security management, particularly with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Strong understanding of European cyber security regulations and best practices in the industry.
  • Experience in developing and managing policy frameworks and monitoring systems.
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to organize and facilitate customer-requested audits, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in front of customers and stakeholders.
