Job Description:Schneider Electric is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager within the Governance organization to support France CISO.The job reports to the EMEA Regional CISO.The successful candidate will be a project leader with the ability to follow global security programs and local topic in France with technical topics.This key leader needs to bring security first culture in everything we do at Schneider Electric and reinforce a culture of enabling the business to achieve their goals, while protecting and managing the risk for the company appropriately.Your responsibilities :

  • Know and use standards of ANSSI to apply them on Digital and Product topics,
  • Manage projects of local certification for specific product (CSPN), information system (management of sensitive data for critical customers)
  • Challenge internal organizations, (BU and LoB) to keep our target to certify our product with local authority,
  • Manage project in term of planning, reporting, meeting, financial aspect, suppliers,
  • Support the Security of the ecosystem companies to harmonize Schneider Electric’s security posture,
  • Support the team to manage P2 incidents, and resolution of these incidents with all stakeholders,
  • Apply the cybersecurity posture in the region ensuring and strengthening the cyber resilience of Schneider Electric (internal & external exposure, incident response & debrief, actions plan follow-up etc.)
  • Help to Answer customer questionnaires and support audits and certifications

Your profile :

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with projects in a fast-moving IT and Cybersecurity environment
  • Excellent level of French and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and facilitate meetings and workshops for different project in same time
  • Cybersecurity technical, governance and legal skills (strong knowledge of ANSSI standards and ecosystem)
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Experience & understanding of the complexity of working in a global project team
  • Ability to identify issues/risk, analyze and understand underlying causes and devise appropriate action plans
  • Ability to work with maximum autonomy
  • Ability to travel in France (up to 10%)
