As a mid-level analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze datasets, build reports, and create dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that data insights are aligned with the company’s objectives and easily accessible to key stakeholders.This role offers the opportunity to further develop your analytical skills and learn from senior team members while making a direct impact on business performance. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Data Insights: Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights, identifying trends and patterns that can drive business decisions.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) for various teams, ensuring they have access to real-time data.

2. Business Partnership & Collaboration

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with teams in Product, Marketing, and Finance to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reporting and analysis to meet their goals.
  • Communication: Present data findings in a clear and concise manner, making insights easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders.

3. Data Literacy and Support

  • Data Support: Help improve data literacy across the organization by providing training and support to teams, enabling them to make use of self-service analytics tools.
  • Best Practices: Contribute to establishing best practices for reporting, data visualization, and analysis to ensure consistency and reliability in data-driven decision-making.

4. Collaboration with Data Engineers

  • Data Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the necessary data infrastructure is in place for reporting and analytics.
  • Validation: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data by validating reports and dashboards, and collaborating on the data structure for optimized reporting.

  • Data Visualization: Tools like Metabase and Looker to develop interactive dashboards and data reports.
  • Data Processing: SQL for querying and extracting data from large datasets.
  • Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, and Slack for cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS for data storage and processing, ensuring scalable and secure analytics.

What You Will Bring Along

  • Data Analysis Expertise: Solid experience with analyzing datasets and building reports using SQL and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Data Reporting: Strong experience in developing dashboards and reports that track business metrics, with a focus on delivering accurate and actionable insights.
  • Business Acumen: A good understanding of business objectives, with the ability to translate data into recommendations that align with departmental goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective communication skills, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and simple way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, especially with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams, to ensure data solutions meet business requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency in all reporting and data analysis tasks.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in FinTech: Previous experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus, particularly in roles focused on data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Exposure to AWS: Basic knowledge or experience with AWS and cloud-based data platforms is an advantage.
