Job Title: Data Analyst – Global Supply Chain

Reports to:  Director, Supply Chain Excellence

Location:  Remote – United States

As a Data Analyst supporting the Global Supply Chain, you’ll play a critical role in empowering data driven decision making by working cross-functionally to define key strategic metrics, develop effective reporting, and translating complex inputs into salient takeaways. Your Impact

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting analyses across various datasets and communicating insights & impact in context with intent on a recurring basis.
  • Enabling the Global Supply Chain organization to become more data driven by developing automated data accessibility and effective reporting.
  • Performing and presenting ad-hoc analyses to ensure the effective execution of our strategy, highlighting key takeaways to business stakeholders.
  • Spearheading the definition of meaningful metrics, balancing subtleties, and standardization, by driving consensus with cross-functional teams.

We’d love to hear from people with

Education/Certifications:

  • BA/BS in a quantitative field, or equivalent years of experience. (MBA or MS preferred)

Work Experience:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in an analytics role (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Engineer, etc.), management consulting, investment banking, planning, quantitative research, or relevant field (experience in apparel, footwear, or retail industry preferred)

Skills/Competencies:

  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and translation ability for a business audience. (Excel required, procedural programming languages a plus e.g., Python)
  • Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus)
  • Strong experience with data visualization software (Tableau preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. (PowerPoint experience required)
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives.

$90,000 – $100,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
