We’re hiring an experienced Data Analyst to join a high-impact team within a leading global tech company. You’ll analyse trends and provide insights to improve a subscription-based customer support platform. This offers the chance to present findings to leadership and drive key decisions.
What We Offer:

• Annual Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 per year depending on location and experience
• 12-month contract – within IR35 – PAYE- paid on a weekly basis
• Location – Remote within the UK – candidates to be considered MUST be present in the UK and should hold appropriate work visa – no sponsorships provided.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong data analysis skills and experience with SQL.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards.
• Confident in presenting findings to leadership.
• Skilled in identifying trends and customising reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyse support trends for a premium subscription service.
• Present insights to leadership on performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build weekly reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
• Investigate new trends and provide actionable insights.
