Our machine learning models are at the heart of this effort, helping to deliver intelligent features that empower healthcare professionals and enhance patient care.What you’ll do :We are seeking a skilled Data Annotation Project Manager fluent in German and French to lead large-scale data annotation projects, providing high-quality annotated datasets that support the continuous improvement of our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing data annotation projects, a strong background in conversational AI or similar fields, and familiarity with medical terminology.Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager – Data Labeling to define project scope, timelines, and quality goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day coordination of annotation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Work closely with German and French annotators, including medical students and professionals, to ensure annotations are accurate and contextually relevant, particularly for medical data.
  • Monitor the progress of annotation tasks and provide feedback to annotators to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Track key performance metrics for annotation quality, ensuring that annotation goals and project timelines are met.
  • Provide input and feedback to the Technical Program Manager – Data Labeling to help improve workflows and optimize the annotation process, though you will not be directly responsible for process development.

  • Fluency in German and French (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Proven experience in project management within data annotation or linguistic annotation projects (e.g., conversational AI, NLP, or similar fields).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with annotators and the program manager, providing feedback and ensuring clarity in the annotation tasks.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with annotation tools and QA processes.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and experience working on medical data annotation projects is a plus.
