That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Data Privacy and Risk Operations Specialist to spearhead data compliance initiatives and manage risks across our global operations. This critical dual role requires a dynamic individual who will ensure the organization complies with regulatory obligations while proactively identifying and mitigating data and business continuity risks. Furthermore, the DPRO Specialist will also drive a culture of risk awareness, fully aligned with Exclusive Networks’ Risks & compliance strategy. This role is based in Paris, Boulogne Billancourt at our HQ.​As a Data Privacy & Risks Operations Specialist, you will:​​

  • Provide expert guidance on GDPR, NIS, IA directives, and other regulations while supporting the global data protection compliance strategy, including data mapping.
  • Embed Privacy by Design into projects, products, and initiatives, including the negotiation of Data Protection Agreements, and maintain up-to-date data protection policies and procedures.
  • Manage data breach protocols, incident resolution, and regulatory reporting while fostering a culture of accountability through training programs and awareness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a risk management framework aligned with strategic goals, and oversee risk assessments with effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate Group Risk Committee meetings to address key exposures and ensure operational resilience.
  • Manage insurance coverage by coordinating with insurers and internal stakeholders to optimize protection.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you​The ideal DPRO Specialist is and has:

  • GDPR and Global Privacy Knowledge: Expertise in GDPR and related global privacy regulations.
  • Analytical Expertise: The ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and educate senior stakeholders.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in data protection, privacy compliance, or risk management, preferably in multinational organizations.
  • Project Management Skills: A proven track record of managing complex, risk-related projects.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  • Strategic and Hands-On: The ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks with precision.
