Data Quality & Migration Specialist

Introduction

As a department within IT & Data, the CDO drives our data management agenda companywide. Everyone at ASML benefits from having high-quality information we can trust. The CDO lays the foundations for each and every one of us to handle data professionally and safely. We all agree – data is powerful. But sensitive data can be dangerous if it falls into the wrong hands. Therefore, we facilitate controlled access to data. We also create standards governing how information can be shared and reused across ASML, making sure we comply with national and international regulations, as well as our own IT policies and standards. 

Within the CDO, the Data Management team build capabilities to empower ASML to manage their data in the best way. To enable ASML’s growth and quality we need to improve our data quality. It’s the foundation of our core processes, of our information to make our decisions better and to make sure we’re compliant. Therefor we’re looking for ambitious data professionals to join our team.

Your role and responsibilities

As part of the Data Management team you will focus on Data Quality Management and Data Cleansing & Migration. Together with your colleagues you’ll improve and mature our capabilities and support ASML’s prioritized initiatives, such as the ERP Migration and HMI integration.

This means, you will:

• Advice the business and projects on the best way of working, related to data quality and data migration
• Actively participate in projects and programs to deliver valuable data products
• Develop standards and guidelines based on best practices
• Translate business need into requirements for IT Solutions

Profile and experience

We are looking for someone that brings enthusiasm and energy to the team. Combined with data knowledge and consultancy skills you’ll contribute to ASML’s growth ambition.

Job requirements:

• Graduated in Master of Science (MSc) or Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• 5+ years of experience in de area of data quality and data migration
• Strong motivation to learn and develop
• Communication skills are key for this role. You will be managing and delivering projects related to data migration
