On the Data Science team, we perform exploratory data analysis, featuring engineering and ML applications using state-of-the-art approaches in ML, e.g. Transformers, AutoML, LLMs, etc. We encourage you to explore new and interesting ideas and bring them to our business. You’ll delve into the recesses of large data sets of structured, semi-structured and unstructured data to discover hidden knowledge about our business and to develop methods to leverage that knowledge within our line of business.

• Innovate new approaches to solving real-world challenges.
• Experiment with new ML models in a fast paced environment.
• Develop AI systems using software engineering best practice.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional team members in Canada and USA.
