In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, SEM Product Management and work closely with function leads in the Product, Mobile, Analytics, Strategy and Marketing technology teams to inform our strategic agenda and continuously improve our execution.What you will doSupport landing page testing efforts for Expedia Group portfolio of brands in SEMManage the SEM landing page optimization planBuilding landing page variants for testingManipulate data sets using Python / SQL to identify and prioritize optimization opportunitiesCreate critical reporting dashboards in TableauPartner with Google, Bing and other search engines to ensure Expedia Group is an early adopter of all product alphas and betasDeliver impactful analysis regarding key market forces and apply analytics to present tangible business problems/actionsCommunicate complex analytical topics in a clean & simple way to teamAutomate and/or streamline repetitive processes with the help of Product to improve individual and team productivityDocument processes used across various projectsMaintain internal/external relationships with partners (Google/Bing), Product, Analytics, Data science and SEO teams on strategic initiatives.Who you are:Skills and ExperiencesBachelor’s degree with strong analytical focus (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, etc)Minimum 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specifiedStrong analytical skills, including data manipulation, financial analysis and processing large amounts of data to understand trendsExcellence in implementation, attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in quantitative, mathematics, statistics, science or other fields is preferredFamiliarity with Google datasets and cloud platform is a plusFamiliarity with Google Ads / Bing Ads API a plusFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services a plusExperience in SEM, online advertising, paid search or e-commerce is a plus but not requiredQualitiesYou are curious and passionate for learningYou are a self-starterYou are focused on impact and have a bias for actionYou are flexible and comfortable with the ambiguity of a constantly evolving environmentYou are data driven and resourceful, able to find opportunities, propose solutions, and drive executionYou are passionate about continuous improvement: constantly assessing the status quo, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization and providing constructive solutions to simplify and accelerate current programs and processesLead mostly with questions rather than opinions, thriving on the opportunity to own, innovate, create, and constantly re-evaluate#LI-MF2About Expedia GroupExpedia Group (NASDAQ: EXPE) powers travel for everyone, everywhere through our global platform.
