  • Data governance
  • Maintaining data quality.
  • Creating and maintaining data standards.
  • Creating / editing requirements, data dictionaries, process maps and data mapping
  • Coordinate the work of Data Researchers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts and drive them to the same project goal.
  • Ensure changes are documented and processed in a timely fashion.
  • Work closely with data Product Managers by understanding and translating their requirements into project objectives and execution plans.
  • Monitor and assess organizational data for value, potential and risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, monitor ongoing results, define process areas for reviews, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best in class results for data management best practices
  • Define, administer, document and educate standards and work processes
  • Maintain service level agreements between teams
  • Enhance work process designs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data management or data analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in project management in data-oriented projects
  • Hands-on experience with relevant management applications, such as Jira, Asana etc.
  • Technical skills in data analysis and data science are welcome but not necessary; what is necessary is being able to request and interpret analytical reports on big data and being able to commission and understand the value of data science work
  • Hands-on experience with basic documentation and data tools such as Confluence, Excel, etc.
  • Strong skills in project management, preferably in data-related projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to delegate work to diverse teams of experts such as data researchers, data analysts and data scientists.
  • Understanding of business contact data, such as emails, phone numbers, different association types, departments and roles in a company.
  • Insights into how Sales and RevOps are using contact data for tracking prospects and leads, etc.
