Do you have janitorial or housekeeping experience? This direct-hire Facilities Maintenance position is a great opportunity to join a company that takes care of their employees. 

You’ll be working with a leading real estate development firm in Bellevue, helping to maintain their beautiful properties, such as the world-renowned Bellevue Collection. That includes luxury shopping, exquisite dining, world-class entertainment, and upscale residences.

Facilities Maintenance Job Duties:

• Work as a part of a team
• Sanitize commonly touched surfaces and restrooms in public areas
• Interact with guests, residents and coworkers happily and nicely
• Keep safe and clean buildings for employees, residents, and visitors

You’ll be do well and enjoy this job if you have great attention to detail and love an active work environment and work outdoors.

Facilities Maintenance Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• To be on time and reliable
• Ability to be on feet for 8 hour shifts and work outside
• Comfortable with using cleaning chemicals

Schedule: 6am-2:45pm, 5 days/week

Pay: $20.50-$21.50 per hour
