This is based in our Warwick office. – Offering hybrid working.Job PurposeThe Internal DEI Project Lead is a key member of the DEI team, reporting to the newly created DEI Operations Manager. This role is responsible for the execution of enterprise-wide DEI initiatives with an internal focus, supporting the strategic direction of DEI across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:
This role requires being able to manage and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously and effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the business to ensure a cohesive organisational approach to DEI.What you’ll do

What you’ll getA competitive salary between £55,000 £65,000 – dependent on capabilityAs well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
