Follow us on Instagram @zopalifeAs a Delivery Manager at Zopa your role is to develop the confidence that the right people are doing the right work, at the right time and in the most efficient way possible. This means facilitating key cross-functional programmes across the organisation, acting like glue in bringing stakeholders together for collaboration and transparency and championing our OKR process to ensure your team is delivery against their commitments at the right cadence.This role will be based 2 days a week in our London Bridge office.The role:
- Driving continuous improvement across teams
- Facilitating retrospectives, health checks and steering teams towards Agile ways of working and self-organisation
- Working in cross-functional teams within Tech and the wider business
- Executing cross tribe strategic programmes
- Aligning the business through Objectives and Key Results
- Providing momentum and visual representation how the programme is progressing
- Coaching others through Agile ways of working
- Working across DevOps and Site Reliability teams
About you:
- Experienced working with DevOps/SRE teams delivering internal projects.
- You enjoy acting as a servant leader.
- Passionate about Agile ways of working.
- Skilled at bringing people together to solve problems.
- Effective at coaching and influencing others.
- You have great situational awareness.
- Experienced in the delivery of complex projects.
- Proficient experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certified.
Added bonus:
- Experience with Flight levels or LeSS
- Previously worked in a Fintech environment
