Contract Type: PermanentHours: Full Time, 35 hours per weekClosing Date: 23:59 on Sunday 1st September 2024Salary: £27,100.00 to £33,900.00 dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experienceLocation: CardiffInterviews: w/c 9th September 2024Our Wales Delivery team are looking for someone who’s motivated and focused to become the new Delivery Manager – Enterprise – in Cardiff.The Enterprise programme aims to support young people interested in self-employment to explore and test their ideas, write plans and start their own businesses or achieve alternative outcomes in education, training, volunteering or work.This role covers our priority areas across Wales and is based in our Cardiff Centre.The key aspects of the role include:

  • Lead the Enterprise delivery plan aligned to our organisational strategy and place-based approach, supporting young people into business stat-ups and other positive outcomes
  • To raise awareness of the Enterprise programme through your networks and attract more young people to our support
  • Effectively manage a team of Youth Development Leads, motivating them to achieve high standards and support young people into business start-ups
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to make this happen, aligned to our organisational priorities and focus on maximising impact for young people
  • Successfully manage significant funding contracts, ensuring full income drawdown and comprehensive monitoring of performance
  • Advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and drive positive change in increasing representation and broadening our reach
  • A deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people within The Trust’s target groups would be advantageous
