Delivery Manager / Technical Programme manager🕙 Role details: This is a full time role for 40 contracted hours per week💷 Salary: £32,000 – £45,000 per annum (plus commission based on performance)🌍 Location: We are a hybrid team, based throughout the UK. We offer the flexibility to work outside of the UK up to 90 days per year, however you must be able to work and live permanently within the UK, and travel to London 4 times a year for team meeting sessions. #LI-RemoteThe roleWe’re looking for a talented Delivery Manager / Technical Programme Manager to join Isla’s Delivery team. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you’ll lead NHS implementation projects, build strong relationships, and drive both ongoing and new initiatives to ensure customers maximise the benefits of the Isla platform. As you grow into the role, you’ll develop deep expertise in our platform and play a key role in shaping its direction to address critical challenges for our partners.Isla has been scaling quickly within the NHS and there is significant potential for further adoption, these organisations are large and highly complex and as such our delivery processes must be flexible and supportive.The ideal candidate for this role will be ambitious and motivated, able to build great relationships across many parts of an organisation and analytical in your approach to ensure that great technology is supported with great delivery.Who We AreWe are creating a new operating model for health care where the majority of patients can be managed asynchronously and remotely. The Isla platform is the technology which enabled this shift safely and at scale. Isla enables the secure submission of photos, videos, digital PROMS, consent forms and sound recordings by patients and clinicians. Remote submissions empower patients to monitor their own conditions safely at home and clinician capture allows patients to be baselined and to build up a view of patient progress.Since going live in our first pilot sites over 3 years ago, Isla has scaled quickly and is now working with 33 Trusts across the NHS and have launched our first international projects in Trinidad and Tobago and Ireland. Isla is an intuitive and highly scalable solution which can be deployed across multiple specialties and can support patients right across their healthcare journey.The TeamAs we build the Delivery team you will be working closely with all aspects of the business, from Sales right through to Product and Engineering. You will be reporting directly to our Director of Delivery to ensure you’re developing professionally, are happy and motivated as well as being exposed to the wider business & health context that we are working in. The people around you will be high performing and will expect a lot from you.Over the next 12 months you will:

• Take responsibility for multiple NHS implementation projects
• Streamline our delivery processes to ensure they are repeatable and as efficient as possible
• Be laser focused on delivering and measuring the impact of implementing the Isla platform and how this transforms services
• Work with potential clients to understand their needs and whether we are well positioned to meet them
• Work with the product team to constantly develop and strengthen the platform
• Input actively into company strategy and steer key decisions
• Proactively build your network within healthcare
• Run product demos and map out next steps with prospects

Requirements

• Enthusiasm, passion, energy and the desire to make positive change
• Proven work experience as a Programme or Project Manager or similar
• Solid Account Management experience and desire to progress the relationships with existing and new clients beyond the initial engagement
• Track record of high performance
• Evidence of a quantitive, analytical approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
