About this opportunity 

Your mission is to provide customers the best clinical support and education.

This position is mainly responsible for increasing clinical confidence and case growth across the Invisalign product portfolio through clinical education and support to customers.

The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing Orthodontists and General Dentists related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting.

Focus will be on clinical education as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers.

In addition, other duties will include support with day to day needs of education events.

In this role, you will… 

  • Providing clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case assessment, treatment evaluation, ClinCheck support and troubleshooting.
  • Investigating and Analysing of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
  • Drive and accelerate clinical confidence for selected groups of doctors via specifically designed educational programs in close coordination with Marketing, Customer Support and Sales Teams.
  • Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/ services and develop new ones.
  • Investigate product safety incidences and report this on CRM system. Also involved in, inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and clinical education.
  • Will be required to travel to host and execute clinical educational events as part of structured certification / education programmes for customers
  • Conduct field visits with customers and co-travels with commercial team

In this role, you’ll need … 

  • Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, dental tech, dental hygienist or master’s degree related to Orthodontics.
  • Two years’ experience in customer relations in medical / dental related areas or in an international Customer Care environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to influence through public speaking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools
  • Skill in establishing priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity) • Ability to travel out of local geography up to 30% of the time.
