As the Deputy Content Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our content strategy across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the Content Director to ensure our programming remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with our brand values. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to make a significant impact on one of the most exciting radio brands in the world.Day to day you will:

• Develop and implement the overall content strategy for Virgin Radio.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the content team, including on-air talent, executive producers.Collaborate with the programming team to create and schedule compelling radio shows that resonate with our audience.Drive innovation in content creation, exploring new formats, trends, and technologies to keep Virgin Radio at the forefront of the industry.Ensure all content meets high editorial standards and aligns with Virgin Radio’s brand voice and values.Analyse audience data and feedback to continuously improve and optimise content offerings.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, record labels, and other partners.Support the Content Director in budget management and resource allocation.What we are looking for from you:

• Proven experience in a senior content management role within the radio or media industry.
