Our goal is to create world class athletic & fashion accessories, including all bags, that are acknowledged as leading in innovation, design, function, fit and quality.A day in the life:
- You assist the Accessories Designer in creating world-class bags and accessories.
- Supports the Bags design team in all aspects of design: technicals, setting bags standardization, presentations, fittings, organizations and functional solutions.
- You work cross functionally within design, product development, raw materials development, merchandising, sourcing, color/print/graphic and design operations, ensuring your teams have the most up to date product information, gates and dates are kept ‘on-time and in-full’.
- Teamwork and clear communication are essential.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years relevant industry experience in fashion accessories with a focus on bags.
- BA, BFA or BS in (industrial) Design required (or equivalent)
- Proficient in Adobe suite, especially Illustrator, Excel, Word, Mac platform
- An understanding in 3D design would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $53,400 – 70,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
