We are obsessed with innovating on behalf of our customers, and continually push beyond the boundaries of traditional e-commerce photography and videography.We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-skilled Digital Technician (Digitech) / Equipment Manager for our fast paced Studio. Successful candidates will be self-starters, strong communicators, very detail-oriented and highly organized. The Digitech will be responsible for performing quality checks and providing feedback on all digital assets created, archiving and maintenance of the assets and act as the primary point of contact for post-productions teams. The candidate will need a strong background in computer hardware and software and be able to recommend new technologies that ensure our studios stay at the forefront of the industry.Joining our team provides a unique opportunity to help represent the Amazon brand visually, set global video standards, and innovate with creative sensibility for our customers.You will inspire confidence by your project management and tenacity in meeting deadlines, and show an unwavering attention to detail and an acute awareness that everything counts. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Experience as a front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper
– Have coding samples in front end programming languages
– Have an available online portfolio
– Experience with web, mobile web, or mobile app front-end development
– Experience with UI design for complex workflows and for end usersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript/NodeJS, HTML/CSS, Responsive/Adaptive Design
