Desktop Support Analyst in Greer, South Carolina

Description Robert Half is hiring! We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Greer, South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT hardware, assisting with the integration of Salesforce systems, and providing high-level support for Microsoft 365 applications. This role also involves training new employees on the company’s IT systems and software, as well as serving as a patient advisor to staff regarding IT needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of IT hardware across the organization. • Regularly monitor and update the IT equipment inventory system. • Responsible for ordering IT equipment and supplies as required. • Facilitate the training of new employees on company IT systems and software. • Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications. • Assist with the integration and maintenance of Salesforce systems. • Act as a patient advisor and support to staff regarding their IT needs. • Leverage skills in Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Active Directory, Apple Devices, and Backup Technologies to enhance the organization’s IT operations. Requirements • Proficient in Citrix Technologies and their applications

• Strong understanding and experience in managing and troubleshooting Computer Hardware

• Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory

• Experience in supporting Apple Devices

• Familiarity with various Backup Technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
