direct hire Development Quality Engineering Manager role.

This role is with a
global company that has been around for more than 30 years. They invented 3D
printing, brought it into the manufacturing industry, and are experts in five
different kinds of 3D printing They provide personalized
Healthcare Services products and also act as contract manufacturer to customers in medical,
dental, aerospace/defense, and other industries.

In this role you will lead a team of quality engineers and
technicians to support the development and manufacturing of proprietary and
customer designed products as the contract manufacturer. If you have experience
in quality engineering, risk management, project management and Lean Six Sigma,

Development Quality Engineering Manager Responsibilities:

  • Select, develop and
    evaluate proper personnel for proper allocation of development quality
    engineering tasks
  • Oversee the implementation and
    maintenance of design control processes to ensure compliance with
    regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, AS9100)
  • Apply statistical methods and tools
    to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to
    improve product quality
  • Promote and implement Design for X
    (DfX) methodologies to optimize product design for quality,
    manufacturability, reliability, and cost
  • Communicate effectively with
    cross-functional teams and senior management on quality-related matters,
    providing clear and actionable insights.

Development Quality Engineering Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related
    field
  • 6+
    years of experience in a Quality role in a medical device environment  
  • 2+
    years in a managerial role
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience in the
    use of Medical Device Design Control regulations (CFR 820.30, ISO 13485:2016 /
    EU MDR) and industry best practices
  • Experience implementing DfX methodologies/six
    sigma

Compensation:

  • $120,000-$140,000 base salary
  • Annual 10% Bonus (based on company performance)

Schedule: Monday
