Primarily operating in Amazon Web services we are making foundational changes to ensure that Informa can maximize it’s investment in the cloud. We are growing the team, with more hiring in 2024, and taking increased ownership for the services we deliver within Group Technology, and across the other divisions within the business. This is a time of change so it’s a great opportunity to join us to use and enhance your existing skills in a growing company.As a DevOps Engineer you will have used Terraform to deliver infrastructure as code, but also be able to help to build tooling standards.We need you to be passionate about building repeatable services within AWS, that goes beyond just deployment and extends to a knowledge of configuring the right tools required to drive efficiency, and who drives automation. You will be used to driving predictable, and repeatable results that will delight our customers. Your role will be integral in managing our AWS-based infrastructure and automating our operational processes. Your responsibilities will span across AWS cloud service management, CI/CD pipeline integration, domain purchasing, SSL certification management, DNS updating, and creating relevant documentation.Key Deliverables:
You will have extensive experience in DevOps (or platform management) and will have a strong understanding of platform frameworks using EC2, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies as well as the delivery of infrastructure as code. Ideally you also have had significant exposure to the deployment of tooling used to manage, monitor, and maintain cloud environments and will have experience of instrumenting applications and infrastructure.Qualifications
Additional InformationThis is a hybrid role with at least one day per week in our London office.
