Join ITV.Your impact sends ripples.The roleWe have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Business Development Manager to join our Leeds based team on a permanent basis.The role of Digital Business Development Manager is an external client/agency facing role that is vital for driving a competitive advantage and commercial revenue growth for regional VOD, working hand-in-hand to support the Digital Controller and working closely with all 6 regional Business Development teams and the Client Strategy & Planning team but with a focus on the Yorkshire regionThe Digital Business Development Manager will focus on maximising incremental VOD and new brand count in VOD – principally within digital performance marketing agenciesKey responsibilities

• Building new relationships across digital performance marketing agencies (i.e. separate to existing media agencies)
• Building new relationships with clients who spend heavily in digital channels
• Building a network of digital creative production agency relationships to drive new business
• Pioneering new digital product innovation alongside Advanced Advertising team
• Developing powerful measurement solutions with Client Strategy & Planning team
• Driving incremental revenue through Backing Business matched funding initiative across the regions
• Working collaboratively with other team members to sell the power of spot, VOD & partnerships
• Supporting Digital Controller and other Digital Business Development Manager in driving digital skilling across the team
• Embody the culture and values of Business Development (Nations & Regions) as a key member of the team – bringing energy, bravery and pride into everything you do.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

• Strong VOD and digital video marketing knowledge alongside comprehensive knowledge of the TV landscape.
• Confidence in using data targeting for addressable advertising solutions
• Have a good understanding of TV and TV planning, both traditionally and creatively would be preferable
• Commercial awareness and acumen
• Good experience of driving new business across digital performance marketing agencies, independent agencies and directly as well as building strong network of contacts both client and agency side
