We are looking for a collaborative leader to manage our Digital Commerce business with our OMNI National and Quick Commerce customers.Job Purpose:Reporting to the Customer Digital Commerce Lead within Commercial Sales, as the Digital Commerce National Account Manager OMNI and Quick Commerce you will be responsible for leading and managing all retail and digital activations for your customers. You will lead and collaborate with our internal teams and external customers in promotional planning, media and retail executions and look for ways to maximize synergies between dComm and in-store experiences.Why Join Haleon?

Key Responsibilities:This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR dComm National Account Manager career. These responsibilities include some of the following…Deliver Business Goals:

  • Manage dComm for our National OMNI retailers (Walmart, Loblaws and SDM) and Quick Commerce customers (Instacart, Uber Eats, Doordash and Skip the Dishes) including both retail and media activations.
  • Deliver Gross Sales, Net Sales, Profit, Consumption and $ Share growth objectives for each customer, by brand.
  • Drive and align Haleon’s strategic agenda with customers through effective multi-year Joint Business Planning.
  • Lead the internal OMNI account teams and customers in thinking strategically about dComm. Collaborate and help lead our team with holistic planning, maximizing synergy between dComm and in-store experiences finding ways to expand and grow faster than our competition in this area.
  • Lead the dComm conversation internally and as part of Joint Business Plans (JBP’s) with our customers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan, with a clear path to goal achievement.
  • Demonstrate Best in Class account management, driving growth in Revenue and Net Margin to help achieve and exceed our goals.
  • Prioritize and allocate investment budgets against key business drivers; optimize ROI-based trade spend.

Develop the Customer Relationship

  • Develop exceptional customer relationships consistent with Haleon core values of trust and respect.
  • Be viewed as the Digital Commerce partner of choice for customer category key initiatives and test and learn opportunities.
  • Effectively network up and across the customer to ensure access to key decision makers.
  • Set objectives to be #1 in customer service.
  • Work with internal cross-functional partners in Sales Strategy, NRM, Demand Planning, Shopper Insights, Supply Chain, and product marketing teams to develop sales goals and achieve specified levels of business performance accuracy.

Strengthen internal Collaboration

  • Role model collaboration as a key success behavior to achieve brand, shopper, and customer goals.
  • Be the voice of the Customer, lead and communicate important initiatives and needs of the customer to deliver collaborative objectives.
  • Partner with Sales Strategy to ensure Customer needs are met and embedded in brand plans.
  • Partner with Connected Experiences team and Insights to drive a Shoppercentric customer agenda.
  • Integrate Net Revenue Management guidance into promotion ROI and trade negotiation plans.
  • Partner with Sales Finance Team to measure impact of investment options against P&L priorities.
  • Work closely with our media team and media agencies to align plans, spend and brand strategy.
  • Work closely with brand managers to make sure executions are aligned with their strategy and collaborate to fuel growth.

Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years Account Management experience.
  • Experience managing Digital Commerce programs in both OMNI retailers and Quick Commerce.
  • Experience managing media programs with Loblaw and Quick Commerce.
  • Well-developed strategic and critical thinking capabilities, followed by strong attention to execution detail.
  • Independent thinker and leader who is curious, ambitious, and driven.
  • Ability to strategically change the conversation and push our internal teams and the customers to find creative ways to grow.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent persuasive selling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power BI)
  • Strategic thinking, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Team player and collaborator with ability to develop strong, productive relationships with colleagues – Media, Sales Stategy, Marketing, Finance, etc.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; proven ability to establish business and market plans with quantitative methods.
  • Valid driver’s license*
  • This position requires the employee to drive routinely on company business and allows for the provision of a company-leased vehicle. To be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, Haleon will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and driver’s abstract review against its safe driver program requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowldge of the OTC market is an asset.
  • Experience with Nielsen, POS data and Retail Link analytics.
